My daughter has autism and massive gastro issues which NHS failed to acknowledge for years till I took her overseas to see one of the best due to the thorough investigations given my daughter continues to make good progress. Dr Warren when he finally saw us was very apologetic about the wait and agreed to continue with the treatment suggested. He wrote a very impressive letter to my daughters GP who has a times proved difficult reassuring him that he was happy with the care and would continue with the treatment .At the end of the letter he said that he would do everything within his powers to support us in the years to come ,if need be ,and has asked that I contact his secretary if I ever feel the need to with regards to a crisis . All in all the letter did bring tears to my eyes it's been hard to get treatment and understanding of my child's issues . I am grateful for his admission of the long wait and I am grateful for his understanding .I did not get to say thank you as such but I say it here thank you sir. The only reason I cant give 5 stars with regards to trust is the NHS and as Dr warren is part of the NHS he should take some responsibility for the disservice my daughter has had

Our daughter was referred to dr hyer after many visits to other doctors/ hospitals. Within 10 minutes of talking to us he had diagnosed her condition and has been spot on ,he is clearly very caring and dedicated and explains everything in detail and we cannot speak highly enough of him.if you have an unwell child this is most definetly the man you would want caring for you're child.we will be eternally greatful..

Myself and my wife are both medical doctors and when our son became unwell we took him to see Dr Hyer based on the recommendation of some of our colleagues and also a parent of a child he had treated. My son has had nothing but the best possible care from him-he's a good man and more importantly for us,he's really good at his job. If any of my patients need a referral to a top paediatric gastroenterologist i will be referring them to him. Dr prasanth reddy

Dr Hyer is the most amazing doctor we have experienced . He is a true Doctor, in every sense of the word. He listens carefully to what we have to say; he's amazing with children, & makes them feel at ease with his gentle, humorous approach. He has taken a personal interest in getting our son well, from UC, and now, even though our son is over 16 years, he still makes sure that he knows whats going on with his treatment. We have leaned on him several times in our times of need, & he has never let us down. God Bless you, Doc.
